7on7 football is a two-touch football game that aims to improve players' agility and footwork. This program is ideal for individuals who are new to the sport of football or want to enhance their offensive skills. Across the nation, 7on7 football is rapidly gaining popularity among coaches, players, and parents as a fun and cost-effective way for football players to practice their skills and prepare for the upcoming regular football season.

This passing and receiving program is designed for the following positions: quarterback, running back, receiver, tight-end, defensive end, linebacker, and defensive backs. Linemen, blocking, and tackling are not allowed. The league will focus on the passing game and feature various man and zone pass coverage techniques.
